The house is located in a little city called Podhum, not so far from Rijeka, where you can find tranquillity of country-side and the tipical ospitality of local people and of course of Rundić family.

In this two-floor house the appartment on ground floor is dedicated to who want to pass week-ends or vacation in a calm and silent place. Usually this rooms are rented to motorbikers that use the circuit "Automotodrom of Rijeka or Grobnik" very near this little city.
